The warranty described herein applies to aluminum pole(s) only.

1) ATSS Will Replace A Defective Pole, Including Shipping Costs, Due to Pole Failure Resulting From A Flaw in the Manufacturing Process. Should a stress crack or split occur, send us a photo of the flaw. 

NOTE: No Warranty is Offered for Poles Utilized In The Performance of a Task Beyond the Scope of the Intended Product(s) Functionality as Described In Each Product Description. ATSS reserves the right to disallow any claim for replacement if it is determined the damage is a non-manufacturing flaw.
