Hi Steve, I just wanted to let you know that I had a chance to use your product this past weekend and could not have been happier with the results. I have never before in my life attempted to cut down high limbs from trees, but after briefly familiarizing myself with the product and reading the provided documentation and tips, I proceeded to successfully cut down every single limb that I had intended to prior to purchasing your pole saw. The saw is a quality device, manufactured to high standards, and works as promised. After practicing my technique on some lower branches, I progressively added the additional extensions (and the ergonomic handle attachment which I highly recommend when using the extensions) and proceeded to cut down branches even higher and larger than what I had initially intended. Had I not purchased your device, I would have been forced to hire a tree service to perform the same function. Thanks very much for saving me literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars! "Did 1 month of online research regarding pole saws. Big box retailer, online professional arborist suppliers.... everything on the market basically. Had settled on a 21' Silky Saw, nice saw. high $$. Decided to call ATSS, talked to Steve about his saws...convinced me to buy one, Steve said these poles were "very strong and rigid". Well they are, the 1& 3/4 inch poles are VERY RIGID, the hooked 16 inch blade cuts easily on the saws downstroke...cuts green wood almost like butter. Steve talked abouit how this pole could be used for many different tasks. That's true, the head has a universal attachment thread, like what you see on a paint pole.
