Shipping Information:
We ship via UPS Ground which
normally takes 3-7 days to anywhere in the continental U.S.
1)
Orders for shipment to Alaska
and Hawaii will be subject to
additional shipping charges and will increase the transit time. This may delay
the orders arrival but you will be advised of shipment status as it becomes
available.
2)
All shipments are FOB origin and must be signed
for upon delivery.
3)
Responsibility with respect to the shipment of
goods ends with the shipment of the goods.
4)
Please
inspect your packages carefully upon receipt. Any damages or shortages
should be noted on the receiving freight bill. Claims for damages must be filed by you with the carrier immediately and
all original packaging must be saved. We will be glad to assist in any way
possible in the event of a damaged package. Carriers will not honor claims if
damages are not reported within 10 days after receipt! Just contact us
for assistance.
5)
Merchandise requiring return for warranty repair
will not be accepted for return without prior authorization from American Tree Service Supply. Returned shipments not
having prior approval will be refused thus returned to you at your expense.
All goods must be returned freight pre-paid. Be sure to insure your return
shipment if its value exceeds $100.00. Our return merchandise authorization
number (RMA)
must appear on all cartons. Call our customer service department toll free at
(877) 208-9548 to obtain this number for authorization to return.
6) No C.O.D.
return shipment will be accepted. All return shipment(s) of product(s)
regardless of reason must be shipped prepaid.
7) Please contact us if you wish to utilize another carrier or desire 2nd day or 3rd day air shipment.
Terms of Sale: Satisfaction Guarantee
1)
Upon receipt of your Extended Reach System, you
have seven (7) days from the date of receipt to examine the system. If
dissatisfied for any reason within this time frame, American Tree Service
Supply will
credit you for the item properly packaged UNUSED in its’ original carton once recieved back the factory Should
you elect to exercise this option, please be aware that;all returned
merchandise for credit must be in its original condition, in its original
packaging, with the owners manual, wireless remote, whistle and any and all
other accessories shipped.
2)
Include a copy of your invoice and we will credit
your account (within 3days) in the same manner you purchased (i.e. credit
card or check) less the shipping and handling charges and credit card processing fee. (Around $20.00)
3)
You must contact us for the return address.
4)
A copy of your Credit will be emailed to you upon
your request.
5)
Customer is responsible for all freight charges
back to the factory.
6)
All sales are final once the product has been
used.
Warranty:
Any failure of the system due to poor workmanship or material(s) or saw failure
within one year (1) from date of receipt is under warranty. Commercial use,
Professional use, and rentals are excluded. All warranty returns must be
approved by American Tree Service Supply prior to shipment by the customer and
must be pre-paid! No exceptions! Customer must return failed equipment in
original packaging! Factory maintains the right to refuse to honor any
warranty, whether implied or stipulated by state law; and deny such claims when
system has been subject to abuse, obvious misuse, inappropriate usage of a
system for which it was not designed nor intended for.

benefits, safety, and instructions are true and correct at the time of all
sales. We reserve the right to modify this clause and all others on this page without
