Return Policy-Shipping

Shipping Information:
We ship via UPS Ground and USPS which normally takes 5-10 days to anywhere in the continental U.S. and Hawaii

1) All shipments are FOB Origin. Business Address Requires Signature. Driver will leave notice.

2) Our responsibility with respect to the shipment of goods ends (FOB:Origin) when tendered to the shipment carrier. Any and all customs fees, brokerage fees or import fees are the responsibility of the customer/client.

3) UPS shipments:
Please inspect your packages carefully upon receipt. Any damages or shortages should be noted on the receiving freight bill if available, or, notification of claim for damages must be filed by you with the carrier immediately. SAVE all original packaging! We will be glad to assist in any way possible in the event of a damaged package. Carriers will not honor claims if damages are not reported within 10 days after receipt! Just contact us for assistance.
4) USPS shipments are insured in full at our expense. We will reship damaged equipment and file the claim.

Terms of Sale & Return Policy

1) Upon receipt of your system, you have five (5) days from the date of receipt to examine the systems quality. If dissatisfied for any reason with the quality & within this time frame, American Tree Service Supply will credit you for the item less 
our freight charges and will be deducted from the purchased price.
Client/Customer is responsible for return shipment charges. Merchandise must be re-shipped in original packaging, UNUSED, and verified shipped by the 5th day grace period, no exceptions.

2) We will credit your account (within 7 days) after receipt of goods and passing inspection. You will receive notice that the transaction occured. We are not responsible for 

3) You must contact us prior to reshipment or you forfeit this refund clause.

4) All sales are final once the product has been used.

5) We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time for any reason.

6) All pictures are representative of what is supplied.

7) Suppliers may not be able to supply us as needed, THEREFORE we may substitute components of equal value.

8) Prices and Terms subject to change without notice.

9) We reserve the right to replace component(s) damaged in shipment or due to poor quality prior to authorizing return. Grace period will be extended.
