The ATSS Pole Pruner Lopper PPL25 System features a large 1-3/4 in. diameter branch. The Phoenix Pruner Lopper is patent pending due to reduced armature for reduced rope pull resulting in less pull stress and operator fatigue. Easy to maneuver in close spaces. Japanese stainless steel blade can be re-sharpened several times. Lightweight at 8 lbs. Assembled: 22 ft. tip to tip.
