American Tree Service Supply is sensitive to the current economic conditions
and we want to help those whom we can.
We are proud to make this Layaway option available for our potential clients
who may not want to utilize their credit card or make a lump sum payment. We
have therefore instituted this No Fee, No Interest layaway option. You may now purchase
an item from American Tree Service Supply using out internal Layaway Option as
described below. By utilizing our Layaway Program, you herby agree to all the
terms and conditions set forth;
Terms and Conditions:
1. Choose your item(s) from our site and click “Buy Now.”
2. Fill out all the
pertinent information through to final checkout so that shipping charges will
be calculated.
3. Do not click “final
checkout.” Once the total price for the system plus the shipping charges and
any applicable tax is totaled, you will know the final cost. Jot the total
price down and EXIT the site.
4. Contact me by email Sales@AmericanTreeServiceSupply.com
and state that you “purchased” the item and exited the site. We have an internal
incomplete order notice and we will verify your information from our internal incomplete
order. This internal report will provide us with the “ship to” information. We
will contact you to insure accuracy
5. We will forward a
contract and layaway plan according to your budget. We are extremely flexible,
tell us what you can afford weekly, monthly, whatever, and we will forward the
contract TO YOU with the agreed upon price and the agreed upon payment plan.
NOTE:
6. An initial deposit is
required equaling 10% of the TOTAL price along with a copy of the signed
contract.
7. When I receive your
deposit, your order will be placed as pending and you will be emailed notifying
you of payment received.
8. Each time a payment is
received, your balance will be updated and you will receive a confirmation
email.
9. When your final payment
is received, your item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
10. IF YOU DEFAULT IN THE PAYMENTS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETAIN ANY FUNDS
ALREADY RECEIVED. However, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE to contact me if you are
having difficulty and we can discuss and help you resolve your issue to
everyone’s benefit. We are very flexible!
11. I accept the following
methods of payment: Only money orders or certified checks will be accepted and
they will not be cashed. Money orders and certified checks are normally good
for 60 days, so please insure the ones you utilize are valid for at least
60days. Keep a copy for your records.
